John had four children. Not listed is one daughter. John lived in Indiana, where he died when his four children were small.
After their marriage they bought her parents place and her parents continued to live there with them. Soloman ran the Cherokee Strip in Oklahoma september 16, 1893, and the location where they settled was named after him, Carrier, Ok. His son Ernest, daughter Zue and Son-in-Law Enos Bronson also ran.

Zue and George had no children. Zue donated land from the homestead she staked out in the race for claims in the Cherokee Strip in 1893, for the establishment of Northwestern Academy in 1898. A monument to the Academy was dedicated by Oklahoma State Society D.A.R. and the Carrier Community Assoc. October 20, 1968.
Amasa removed from Chatham after his first wifes death, settling for a time in Marlborough. It was problably at this time that he met Harriet

She was the widow of Darius Brainard. They removed to Mt Morris, Michigan where both Amasa and Harriet died. (Brainard Genealogy p. 85).
Philo taught school at Moreland (Beaver Dams, R.D.), N.Y. and his brother Joseph played base viol in the Moreland Presbyterian Church. About 1840 Philo bought a farm near Cuba, N.Y.. Source-Courtland Freemont Carrier, III.
William spent his youth in Marlborough and completed his education in Lima, N.Y.. He taught school for a few years and then turned to farming. Finally he removed to Cuba, Alleghany Co., N.Y. where he lived for twenty-five years. Two children by first marriage and four children in his second marriage. Harriet Eliza Died when Harriet and Helen were three weeks old. Harriet is buried in the Marlboro Cemetery.
Burial is in Forest Avenue Cemetery, Angola, N.Y..
