Euphrastus is the son of Thomas and Hannah (Dickinson) Carrier. He bought fifty acres of land in Clover Township and seventy acres in Rose Township, Pa.. Euphrastus and Nathan are twins.

Ozen appearently resided most of his life in Colchester, although his will, dated August 17, 1857 was written in Stonington, Conn.. Both Ozen and Emily are buried in Westchester Cemetery.
Emily is buried in the Westchester Cemetery. Her Grave Stone reads Emily E. Carrier-Wife of Ozen Sept. 2, 1889-Aged 91 Yrs.
Clarissa is buried in Linwood Cemetery.
He lived in Colchester on what is now Broadway.

Oren Carrier is appearently the twin of Ozen Carrier. His death is not recorded in Colchester so he evidently died elsewhere, problably in East Haddam. The Commemorative Biological Record of Hartford County, P. 709 in an article on son Edwin Tracy Carrier says that in 1844, when Edwin was seven years old, the family removed to East Haddam. However, in 1848 Oren is referred to in land deeds as a resident of Colchester. He is Buried in Waterhole Cemetery on the Colchester-East Haddam line.
Abby is buried in Pomemah Cemetery.

At the meeting held April 7, 1814 he was appointed, among others, Surveyor of Highways and Collector of taxes. Resided in Enfield, Conn. in 1826, the date of his fathers will. Removed to Toledo, Ohio.
Mary also could have had the name of Polly Parsons. They possibly had two sons. One died in November of 1812.
Administration was granted December 29, 1812 to Roswell Parsons, the widow Rebecca declining to serve. Inventory $1,298.21. Mention is made by appraisers of right in house, barn and 35 acres of land lying in Colchester subject to a life estate of Col. Uriah Carrier appraised at $150.00. Distribution of estate november 27, 1813, to Rebecca, the widow of Omri, $371.21, to Omri Gates Carrier, only child, $750.42. (Information-History of Enfield-V.2, p.1518 and V.3, p.2263-2264)
Settled in Indiana.
Hiram and Candace had two children. Candace died when they were quite small and the children lived in Crawford County.
Gilmore and Jane lived in Detroit, where she died.
Richard married in Carlisle, Indiana and Died after their first child was born.
